We went here a couple of times over the years and were pretty unhappy, mostly with the service and sometimes with the food. Last night (Jan 2021), we thought we'd give it one final chance since we had a coupon. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the guy making the pizzas. Our server was fantastic (dark somewhat curly hair). He checked on us repeatedly, cleared the table as we finished up, brought us a check at the exact right time without asking. The salad with chicken bites was really tasty. The pizza was a lot better than in the past. It was cooked perfectly. I hope it continues to be like this because we both really enjoyed it. I think they have a new owner.

The pizza is really good and crispy, with thin crust. The cheese is also really good. Customer service is on par with most places like this.

*Update: I really appreciate the way this restaurant reached back out. They compensated me with a new pizza and garlic knots. That pizza was fantastic! Thank you for your customer service! Original Review: I love white pizza, but theirs had so much garlic, it was really gross. Every bite had an actual crunch to it because of all the garlic. I also found the garlic knots to be well done and hard. I was disappointed because I used to love Brucci’s, and this was the first time I was able to get my hands on their food in 12 years. I also used UberEats and they were fast on the delivery, which is why I gave two stars instead of one. I’ve never thrown a whole pizza away before, but I just can’t stomach it. All the best to you, Brucci’s, for old time’s sake! Maybe it wasn’t your day.
